At Three Peaks Company, we currently offer shipping only within the United States. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Return Shipping:

Our Responsibility: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Customer Responsibility: If a return is due to the customer simply no longer wanting or needing the item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds & Returns

Full Refund: Issued for returns due to our error (wrong item, damage, defects).

Store Credit: Offered for returns initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind). Refunds to the original payment method are not available in these cases.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
